Bio:  Amy Ellis

Amy Ellis is a Nebraska native turned city-girl whose musical talents sparked at a young age.  Starting with piano at age 8, she soon found her singing voice and started performing center stage at competitions around the Midwest.  After finishing high school, she was off to audition for Berklee College of Music in Boston, where we was awarded with a scholarship and left her small town life for the East Coast.

Upon her arrival to Boston, Amy was welcomed with open arms.  Her professional and sincere performance style caught the attention of booking agents and she began performing regularly at weddings, corporate events, and fund raisers around the city.  During her time at Berklee, Amy was featured in many full production shows and traveled the world as an Ambassador for the school, recruiting and sharing her experience with other musicians.  She graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and began performing regularly while holding a staff position with Berklee’s Online Extension school.

Amy’s versatility and her amazing voice serve her well as she performs all varieties of music including pop, rock, country, R&B, funk, jazz, and classical.  Her contagious energy and stage presence will win the heart of any audience!
