Hailing all the way from Cleveland, OH, Jordan Carter has been a percussionist since the age of 5 years old. He began playing around his hometown for premiere groups such as the internationally acclaimed Singing Angels. Jordan was accepted to Berklee College of Music in 2010 and since, has made the decision that his dreams will be his reality, pursuing full-time musicianship. Being a budding Berklee scholar has allotted him the opportunity to play for many student-run ensembles such as Melissa Myatt and the Chase and Berklee’s Reverence Ensemble. Jordan has also been the featured musician on several recorded projects of Berklee students including Marilyn Wright’s Give Me A Clean Heart, which has been nominated for several gospel accolades in the past year. Using his notoriety at Berklee to create buzz about his musicianship across many genres, Jordan has also been involved with many other church ensembles, general business bands and entertainment opportunities.
