K2: 8/18/12 Little Compton RI Wedding

It’s too bad for rest of us that the Small family’s home in Little Compton, RI isn’t a wedding venue open to be booked for events because it was a GORGEOUS location for Amy and Trammel’s wedding this weekend. The festivities started with the ceremony. They used our keyboard player, drummer and bassist to accompany one the bride’s best friends who sang “The Way I Am” by Ingrid Michaelson. She sounded great!! We could tell as soon as we set up for the reception that this family was ready to party. Case in point: for their first dance they chose, “I Believe in Miracles (You Sexy Thing)”. If that doesn’t sound like a fun couple, I don’t know what does! We had a blast all night. Maybe a little too much fun; the police paid us a visit and asked us to keep it down about thirty minutes before the end of the night. Mission accomplished!
