I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoyed working with Jamie Crawford and Mike Amaral – now known as the new Mr and Mrs Mike Amaral! They had attended the McCourt Foundation Fundraiser we played last May at the Boston Harbor Hotel. When I sat down with them to go through their wedding details Mike said “all we want is that same party”. We want all our friends and family on the dance floor with us – all night! I said cool -I know exactly what to do to make that happen. The night started with us playing a jazz trio from 7 to 8:30 for their cocktail hour in the Plaza Ballroom’s foyer area. Ballroom doors opened at 8:30 and it was nothing but a party til the end of the night. I think the pictures speak for themselves.
