4/30/2010 The Crane Estate at Castle Hill

Francie, the bride, is a senior associate wedding planner who works for Tangorra Wedding Planning.  They are among the very best event design and coordination companies in the business.  Period.  We are well aware of the fact she could have chosen any number of bands to help celebrate this special occasion.  We are truly honored to have been her and her fiance Greg’s band.  If you’ve not been to the Crane Estate you truly owe it to yourself to see one of the most beautiful and unique locations for a wedding anywhere on the East Coast.  The new Mr and Mrs Greg Dorman had a vision.  They wanted their wedding and reception to feel relaxed and low key but by the end of the night a high energy party where all their guests would be kicking up their heels and dancing.  They had a gorgeous day.   Festivities started with the ceremony on the back lawn overlooking the ocean.  Randy, our keyboard player helped them pick special music for the prelude and the bride and groom’s processional.  The cocktail hour was on the back patio looking over the rolling lawns.  Randy played for that as well.  At the end of cocktail hour the brides father gave a welcome, and the maid of honor and best man gave their toasts to the happy couple.  Food service was a combination of passed hors d’oeuvres and food stations because they really wanted to emphasize the dancing and party from the end of cocktail hour on.  As you can see from the pictures it was an awesome time.   Please visit our reviews page to read the letter Francie wrote to the band the day after her wedding:

As you might guess Francie and Greg enlisted the best of NewEngland Wedding vendors to be her team.  As always it was a pleasure working with Will Tangorra from Will Tangorra Photography.  Jason and Jim from Boston Wedding Films.  And stunning flowers from Lyndsey Loring out of New Hampshire.
